hello Ain here again now today I'm going to be 
talking about leads yes not the city but actual   marketing leads now that's one of my main focuses 
here at Samra getting good quality leads now it's   easy to get leads but to get quality leads 
is actually quite difficult now I wear many   hats as the CEO of Samara but marketing leads 
are really fundamental because if we don't get   the leads we're not actually going to get any 
business obviously if we get leads we need to   be able to convert them but the first step is 
actually getting leads to our to our website   and also be leads for business now we focus very 
very heavily on search engine optimization SEO   and we uh that's kind of our main state of how to 
get clients in our business we've done everything   else in the past um we've done exhibition stands 
we've written books we've um go out to people but   really we think content is the key content 
is the thing that's going to get us clients   quality clients at the best return of investment 
for our business so that means we've invested in   our team we've got good people we've got writers 
we've got video people we've got editors um SEO   people you name it we've got that but SEO and it 
re SEO requires people SEO requires good quality   people to be able to do this in the first place 
now at the sam.

my accountancy firm so most of our clients are   dentists increasingly pharmacies GPS um vets 
daycare nurseries all of those things in that   kind of Arena and how do we go about doing 
it what do we do what are the what are the   steps that we get we do to get clients VI our SEO 
well the first step we think about and look at is   identify identify keywords what kind of keywords 
or keyword phrases do we want to rank for that is   so so important if we get those keywords right 
then we then start second step is then to start   thinking what content can we create around those 
keywords it could be articles it could be blog   posts it could be um an infographic it could be a 
video like I'm doing today it could be a podcast   it could be or it could be all of the above 
so it's so so important that we create that   content which can be distributed in different 
shapes or forms via video via um by listening   on podcast through the written word as well and 
then more importantly once you've done all that   creation of that content it's so important on 
a regular basis to optimize it update it add   new content to it tweak it it look at the stats 
seeing seeing what you can do what you can do to   improve it to make it better because quite often 
I not if it's optimization the optimization can   improve and arle significantly and ultimately 
improve the ranking you are on Google and as I   said we closely Monitor and we rinse and repeat 
we rinse and repeat now you might be thinking oh   my goodness that's a lot of work to do and it 
is a lot of work to do it's not easy you need   good people you have need to have good ideas 
but you know what it gives you the best return   on investment if you do it correctly um however 
there are times when you think well you've done   all this hard workor and then Google throws out a 
new core update and it completely throws you off   off off kilter but you know what ultimately it 
happens um and you edit and you change and you   get back on Google's good books again so if you
